we help you develop your ideas

The projects are led by Amanda Walstrom and Michael Bronska who have a combined fifty years of experience in real estate. As principals in our own developments, we understand the risk relationship and the importance of schedule and costs.

We staff our project teams with a select group of real estate professionals who have earned advanced degrees in architecture, engineering, planning, law, construction and business depending on the assignment. We have a wide range of various real estate project experiences with emphasis on managing the process of planning, designing, permitting, budgeting and scheduling, negotiating with contractors, and constructing development projects of all sizes.
