Amanda Walstrom
Amanda Walstrom is responsible for marketing, public relationships, and the hands-on day-to-day management of the projects. Her expertise in research, due diligence, and analysis provides each project a focused approach and organization through the certificate of completion.
Walstrom’s 10+ years of experience as a real estate professional along with being a captain and pilot in the Air Force brings an organized and well disciplined approach to the management and implementation of the projects.
Walstrom is a graduate of the Master of Real Estate Development (“MRED”) program (Class of 2016) at Arizona State University (“ASU”) and holds a B.S. degree in Global Business and Management with an Emphasis in Leadership from ASU (Class of 2007). She maintains her involvement with ASU through continued mentorship to the MRED students and acting as Vice President of the MRED Alumni Association.
Michael Bronska
Michael Bronska, has been designing, building, and developing real estate for over 30 years. Bronska is responsible for day-to-day management of the projects from acquisition to completion and continuing through the management of the asset. Bronska’s real estate development work has spanned urban design, architecture, land planning, and the construction of horizontal and vertical projects. With his background and experience, Bronska brings a well organized and implementation oriented, multi-disciplined approach to investment and development through practical and efficient design and construction solutions.
Bronska earned his Bachelor of Arts with a major in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis (BA cum laude 1982), a Masters in Architecture with an emphasis in urban design from Washington University in St. Louis (M.ARCH 1983), and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University (MBA Executive Program 1996). Bronska is a registered architect and a registered property tax agent, licensed in the State of Arizona.
Bronska is an Associate Faculty member at Arizona State University teaching real estate finance, investments and analysis, and land development in the W.P. Carey School of Business. He has also taught urban planning in the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning at Arizona State University.
